Try to make the call a second time. It's possible the connection was broken accidentally. |

If that doesn't work, check the modem cable and the modem power cord and make sure they are securely attached to your computer and the phone jack. |

If that doesn't work, reboot your computer - turn it off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on again. |
