631 - The port was disconnected by the user

Netscape has detected that the port was disconnected by the user.

Try the following:

Please check that the modem cable and the modem power cord are secure. If the problem persists, contact a hardware service technician.

Try to make the call a second time. It's possible the connection was broken accidentally.

If that doesn't work, check the modem cable and the modem power cord and make sure they are securely attached to your computer and the phone jack.

If that doesn't work, reboot your computer - turn it off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on again.
